I tried the Lemon Ice Tea and Alpine Punch Isopure flavors...they are fairly good. Right now Im drinking a Atkins Advantage Cafe Carmel...it is REALLY good. Like carmel ice coffee and Im not a huge coffee fan.
Cheating. Hmm. Yes. Sorta. Im on a 1500 calorie diet and then two day liquid prior to surgery. If I could stick to 1500 calories I would not be so fat. Its hard but am doing ok most days and pledging to do better!

So glad to here you are home! The gas will go away dont worry!!Mine took only a couple days when I got home! and now I feel good.

Way to go - you are doing great.!!!
I haven't gone for post op yet - my doctor does it at 3 weeks.
I also love that the numbers are going down. My scale matches the doctors and is also digital. Got it at Costco.
Like you say I am in 300's so clothes don't show yet. Will take a long time for that.

Hi Darlene! Glad to hear that all went well with your surgery. I was in the hospital 4 1/2 days! The gas was so bad and my gut wasn't moving. But im a week out now and finally feeling good today. It's all going to get better from here on out!!! Take Care!
